DeNae Haagenson, M. Ed., LPCC

DeNae believes in a holistic approach to healing; mind, body and spirit. She has spent the past seven years providing individual, family and group therapy to clients and families in schools, outpatient programing, and community-based settings. Most recently she has provided services to youth dealing with dual diagnosis and trauma.

Trauma is an area which DeNae has specific interest and training. She has provided therapy services to clients ranging in age from 5- 85 years. Group therapy is an important part of healing for many people. Some of her groups have included mindfulness, emotional regulation, skills, and grief. DeNae provides individual, group, and family therapy. DeNae has specific training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which can help patients recover from traumatic events, PTSD, and related conditions. She also has completed the Maternal Mental Health Intensive Training through Seleni to treat Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and Perinatal Loss and Grief.
